Migrating from PASv1 to PASv2 in 2016R1

    Does anyone have any experience and/or pointers on migrating from PASv1 to v2 within 2016R1, not part of a full service update? Our basic plans looks to be migrate from v1 to v2 within 2016R1, them apply a full service update and move to Off Server PASv2. Unfortunately, documentation is very light or nonexistent on any of these options so any feedback or guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks, Chris
