  • 1.  Reporting on Wrap up codes

    Not using dialer - 2017 R3 Patch 5 Is there a way to run a report or query a database table for the wrap up code used to disposition a call. I need a way to report on disposition of a call using the ANI or called number. The calldetail view has a field called Wrap Up but it is always a "-". Thank you!

    I join [InteractionSummary] to [InteractionWrapup] on interactionkey. One thing to be aware of is that there can be multiple wrap per call if it is transferred to multiple queues.
