  • 1.  Caller Id not changing on desk phone

    Hi, Do anyone know how I3 and desk phone are connected? I have seen an issue where caller id won't change for some calls and doesn't match with the caller id in Interaction desktop. Did anyone come across this kind of issue. If so can you please let me know where to look at to solve this issue. Thanks.

    If the user is logged into a workstation with Interaction Desktop the out pulsed ANI will be whatever is configured in the users setup under Outbound ANI. If the user is not logged in to interaction desktop and just picks up the phone to make a call then it will use whatever is programmed into the station under Station Options and Outbound ANI. If nothing is programmed into the station Outbound ANI it will out pulse the line assignment ANI the call uses to goes out.
