I'm getting ready to take my ICCS certification test.I was wondering if i know all of the study guides and score above 80 on all of the sections on the quiz do you think i'm ready to take the test.Any insight will help.Thanks

Just based on what you have said here, I would guess that you are ready. Make sure you are familiar with the PureConnect section of help.genesys.com and comfortable searching/navigating it before the exam.
