Hello All,
Our company(credit union) is looking at call authentication software options. We came up with Trust Id, New Caller, Pindrop, Next Gen, Nuance so far. Wanted to know if anyone has seen more options and recommend which one is more popular and effective. We have CISCO phones and SIP trunks have not been implemented yet. I would appreciate if someone could share the comparison that might have been done before to choose the best option or point to any documentation.
