    Hi, I am running CIC 2017 R3 Patch9. I created a custom button that triggers a handler. It will add the letters #Secure# to the subject line on a new email. This works fine as long as they do this on the new email. If they click reply first and then click the button, it does not update the subject line. In the handler I am using the "Email Interaction Update Message" tool and can see where it puts #Secure# on the subject line of the new email only. Any idea where I can look? I had it hard coded in the CustomIncomingQueueEmail and CustomOutgoingQueueEmail but they wanted an option. Thanks for any information. Dale
