Dear All,
We have CRM integration with PureConnect using HTTP form, as default when the call routed to an agent, his screen will pop up with CRM customer info screen. My question is in this scenario we have 2 different screens(CRM & Interaction Connect), is there availability to embed CRM HTTP form inside Interaction Connect interface? So everything will be in single interface :)
