We need urgent assistance. Did the forecast for this week’s schedule last week. However, when I started doing the Scheduling this morning (adding lunch breaks, etc), the forecast is showing as zero. We need this rectified ASAP as the forecast helps us plan our day per half hour interval.

That's a Support call, not Community...this is not a good place to try and get urgent assistance for something like you are experiencing. Someone who has a quick answer might be able to chime in right away, but this is a user site, all volunteer, so no guarantees as to when someone with the answer will see your question or answer.
