    Hi, I want to create a Flow that is using external data. Even a textfile would be enough. What can I use and how do I get my data? Just a push in the right direction would be great. This is my first install. Emil

    If it is custom data (such as in a database) you will need a REST-based web service to be the front end to the data, and use the Web Services Data Dip connector: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-web-services-data-dip-connector/ P.S. - we now have a community for PureCloud, which is a better forum for these questions...https://community.mypurecloud.com
