We are moving from 2.4 to 3.0. I cannot find documentation about installing and distributing ClientCOM. Does the entire package for ClientCOM have to be installed on all workstations that would use it or can we just copy and register the dll like on 2.4.

So far it looks like I cannot just copy and register clientcom for IC 3.0. We had ic .net client for 2.4 but we are removing it and putting on the 3.0 client. Doing that appears to remove other things that clientcom needs.

IC includes a ClientCOM installer (in the OtherSUComponents_SUxx package). If I'm not mistaken, the base install (GA version if prior to SU10 or the SU10 version) plus the current SU patch must be installed on the client workstation.
