I have not been able to find a way to do this, so if you get anyone else that responds I'd love to find out the answer too!

newbie here, so fair warning.
I need to be able to score a questionnaire without having it associated with a specific agent or call. How can I create an blank questionnaire for one of my departments? Their systems are not currently compatible with I3 and may not be for some time. Is there a way I can input the agent's information in a questionnaire and still score that agent's call?
