Hi, I configured Remote Station with "Station Connections are Persistent" option. Everything works fine, but when the consultant has not client on the line, he hears annoying "beep" sound. How can I change this sound to something less irritating? Peter.

I am getting the same issue. Have you found a resolution yet?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue?

Have you done a wireshark capture to see where that beep is coming from? It might not be coming from the PureConnect server.

That beep is coming from the CIC server as it's playing the beep ever so often to let the agent know the connection is still established. I'm going to guess this is a TS function so its not like you can hack apart handlers to remove the beep but I'm betting there is a server parameter to remove this beep. Maybe someone from Genesys will chime in.

    Thanks,
