  • 1.  Error when launching Snapshot

    Hi Guys, I am receiving an error when launching Snapshot on my Windows 10 64bit machine. Unhandled Exception - The type initializer for 'i3trace_dotnet_reader_interopPINVOKE' threw an exception. Reinstalling didn't fixed the issue. Regards, RJ

    Found a workaround. 1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Interactive Intelligence\ININ Trace Initialization 2. Copy and paste i3trace_dotnet_reader_interop-w32r-17-2.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Interactive Intelligence\SnapShot 3. Rename i3trace_dotnet_reader_interop-w32r-1-2.dll to i3trace_dotnet_reader_interop-w32r-1-2.dll.old 4. Rename i3trace_dotnet_reader_interop-w32r-17-2.dll to i3trace_dotnet_reader_interop-w32r-1-2.dll 5. Launch Snapshot

    Running on a Windows 10 Enterprise 64b Version 1809
