    Hi, I am a beginner to handlers and wanted to see if there was a way to get the mailbox/email address of the user based on the extension. The email addresses are configured in the IA for the users. Thank You, -Bhaskar

    Yes. Use the Lookup tool step (System tab) with Key Type "User" and Search Attribute Type "Extension" (those are the defaults). Attribute type would be "emailAddress" for the mailbox value. ("Mailbox" would return the mail ObjectMoniker, but that's not normally what you want)
