    Hi All - I am looking for some feedback on how your teams handle Migration Upgrades and the required SIteID change.

    The issue that we are seeing is that the Purge Logs( Store Procs and Delete statements) only run for the Current SiteId. They seem to be ignoring all the data in the Agent/QueueStats table that have the old SiteId. We have been purging manually but I am surprised that Genesys hasn't officially come up with a solution to this issue. The Tracker User Import doesn't change the SIteID in the Queue Stats table.

    What are you guys doing? Are you changing the SIteId back to the old SIteId after the migration import? Are you purging manually?


    Here is High Level Migration Process we have followed:

    - Build new PureConnect server

    - Set SIteId to be different from old server

    - Migrate Admin Data and Attendant data via migrator

    - Copy the DB to new DB server and upgrade it using setup assistant

    - Import User in the tracker container (this only updates the tracker and participants tables - All the queue/agent table retain the old siteIds)
