First off, thanks to both of you for taking time to answer questions. 

WebRTC question for you. We are currently looking to roll-out a WebRTC proof of concept and running into some difficulty/challenges with identifying the specific ports\protocols used. There are many different configuration documents found from the PureCloud support site but there are so many scenarios, it's a bit confusing with regards to standing this up being a PureConnect customer with a switch pair.

Would either of you happen to have specifics regarding which ports\protocols are used to communicate to/from the Edge device that are more specific to PureConnect infrastructure? 

I believe we understand the necessary external bi-directional ports\protocols used by PureCloud, Google STUN, etc that will need to communicate with the Edge. It's more how IC and Int. Connect will communicate with the edge and over what ports that we're struggling with.

Hi Shane,

Glad to hear you have the internet side of things figured out.  The communication between the Edge device and the PureConnect environment would look similar to the communication between PureConnect and a typical audio gateway - an Audiocodes Mediant 100, etc.  There would be SIP (or SIP TLS) between the Edge and PureConnect Server, and RTP (or SRTP) between the Edge and MediaServer(s).  The actual configuration details will be present in Interaction Administrator as a SIP Line with the Edge device IP being the external endpoint.
