  • 1.  Salesforce & Gensys Integration Call History in SoftPhone

    With the Salesforce & Genesys integration for Pureconnect, is there any way to have disconnected calls remove from the call list in the imbedded softphone layout quicker than the current out of the box setting?  We are concerned this is going to confuse the agents.

    I was told by support that by setting the attribute Eic_DeallocationTime on the interaction, default is 120 (seconds), I changed this to 10 seconds and it is still not removing the interaction from the call history in 10 seconds, it is still waiting the default 120 seconds.  Has anyone had any issues getting this to work?  Everything in debug mode looks correct.
