Interaction Desktop add in question

    Hi all. I'm putting together a custom add in view for interaction desktop where I need to pull call data for that logged in user from the interaction summary table and I'm looking for a way to query the name of the user logged into the client for the data extraction. I know this would be fairly simple using ICELib but ICELib is not an option for this particular project (long story) so I'm looking to see if there is any way to do this using the add in API or any other way that does not require an additional license.
