    Hi Community,

    I have a user which has an intermittent issues picking up calls on Interaction Desktop - see error below.
    She reported that it happens every now and then. user is only using a SIP soft phone and working at home.

    completely newbie to this community so hoping someone will reply on how to fix this issue. thanks in advance

    This is common with an error due to provisioning. Please double check the audio and network settings under the SIP phone. In our case, many times the WiFi or ethernet adapter is selected rather than VPN.
