Hi Community,
I have a user which has an intermittent issues picking up calls on Interaction Desktop - see error below.
She reported that it happens every now and then. user is only using a SIP soft phone and working at home.
completely newbie to this community so hoping someone will reply on how to fix this issue. thanks in advance
