    Hello - 

    Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the ability to either create public searches and/or access public searches already created?

    The reason that I ask is that the use of public searches in IR is causing many headaches for end users and admins like myself.  We have advised users to create private searches instead, but some people seem to prefer to not follow direction.  What results is:

    • Multiple search queries that continue to pile up on one another
    • Queries that get modified, thus causing confusion for those that use them
    • Public queries that get accidentally deleted
    Any assistance that can be given would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
