  • 1.  Recording calls after transfer

    Hi

    Is there a way to keep the recording of the calls after transferring to a person inside the establishment who is not an agent or have Interaction Desktop?

    I am not 100% certain but in IA -> ServerName -> Configuration -> Telephony Parameters -> General there is the option to check "Allow Recording of External Transfers".

    Hi Sajed ,

    You can record the calls as Andrew said . But if you dont have ivr_recording license otherwise The records will appear encumbered on ICBM
