    Hello Genesys Community,

    We recently upgraded to 2021 R1 and one issue we've come across is that when we create the one-time exceptions under a specific schedule, it does not work. This is the first time we've come across this issue and I have no idea what is causing this. We have 3 different campaigns however the exception will work for one campaign but not the other two.
    We've tried deleting the exception and having another person create it, however that did not work. We've tried creating it within ICBM and in IA, but no luck as well. This functionality was working fine prior to the upgrade.

    Any ideas on what could be causing this or where to start looking?

    I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
