Is anyone using the Genesys Whatsapp service on PureConnect ?

    Hello Everyone,

    Are there any partners out there who managed to sell and implement the Gensys' Whatsapp service for PureConnect to their customers?

    We have a couple of customers in the EMEA region asking for it but we can't get a quote from Genesys Sales for over a year.
    It is in the presentations, it is on the price list but for some reason, we just can't sell it.

    I wonder is it just us or is this same for everyone else in the EMEA region?

    I hope there is a logical explanation for this as it is damaging our business.
