Our near-term focus for CX Insights is as follows:
1. Support PureConnect Cloud Deployment of CX Insights (Target Q1 2020)
2. Release IVR Historical Dashboards (Target Q1 2020)
3. Release Custom Dashboard and KPI capability with 3rd party data support (Target Q2 2020)
4. Release Dashboards for Intelligent Automation (Target Q3 2020)
Beyond that we plan on establishing a regular cadence of out of the box dashboards that will meet needs being requested.
