  • 1.  SNMPv3 Configuration

    We are trying to use snmpv3 to monitor our cic servers. Everything works swimmingly until the "ININ SNMP Service" is restarted and it wipes out the snmp configuration.

    Below are the commands used to configure the service:

    "D:\I3\IC\ININ SNMP\ininsnmpconfig-w32r.exe"

    setup --posture very --authmethod sha --engineid 1:2793:192.168.1.10

    au -u MyUsername -a sha --authpassword MyPassword -p aes128 --privpassword MyPassword

    aah --host 192.168.1.254

    x



    Any suggestions or something we are blatantly doing wrong?

    Did you ever resolve this? I am experiencing the same issue - running 2019 R3 patch 7.

    We opened a ticket with Genesys and they were able to reproduce the issue. Their Dev team is currently investigating.
