Hi All,
I'm new to Genesys PureConnect - I came from a PureEngage background.
I can't get my head around the logging process for PureConnect and I can't find any suitable documentation to answer my questions.
I'm familiar with the .inin log files that CIC generates on the central server for all the main components such as SIPEngine, statserver etc - and the detail at which these logs write is controlled by Trace Configuration utility (correct me if I'm wrong).
My question is: If I want to view the Interaction Desktop logs of a particular agents PC where do I find these logs? How can I find the logs that the application generate on the agents PC?
