how to read attribute "Eic_IpInfo" from call logs.

    Hi,

    I am looking for some helpful links that describe how to reach the call log attribute "Eic_IpInfo"

    i.e.

    what is "xmt", " A rcv", "A xmt",..

    Hi Eyad,

    What is your purpose to read this attribute from the call log? When you read that attribute then will you take an action or trigger something?

    Normally once you set this attribute in Interaction Administrator under Queue Columns then you will be able to monitor that attribute on ICBM by adding it as a new column.
