Return call back to operator if unanswered

    Hey,

    I just wondered if anyone knew how to set this up.  We have a few operators, that mostly do blind transfers, and they would like calls they send, to return to the Operator Q, if unanswered or busy.

    I do believe this is possible, but I am unsure of which Handlers I should be looking at, or if there is maybe a much easier way of doing this?

    I thought this was supposed to be a part of the Operator functionality, but even when logged in as an Operator, and receiving calls to the Operator Queue.  This still does not work as expected.  I know this works in many systems, and find it strange that PureConnect can't do it as well.

    As before any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
