When we were recording the first episode of the Q&A Show, I discussed this question with our expert and he suggested the following (sorry it didn't make it into the episode itself):
Interaction Administrator > Report Management > Report Configuration
Select the category User Reports
Then select the User Performance Summary report
In the middle under the blue question mark there is a lock. Once you click on the lock and have unlocked the report you can now customize it by adding flex fields. Select Parameters on the left and the desired flex position that you want your date to display on the right side.
The nine choices are:
1 for Transferred
2 for ACD LoggedIn
3 for AgentDND
4 for Occupancy
5 for nHold
6 for Local Disc
7 for Abandon
8 for InternToIntern
9 for Supervisor Request
So when you run the report it will display Occupancy, AgentDND, nHold and Local Disc in that order on the report.
