    Dear All, 

    i just try to finde the agent occupancy from Genesys, is it configared in the reports ? 

    if not is any one know how to calculate from the DB ?

    It is not a canned report.
    The data is very much there but it has to be parsed.  I too am looking for this ability,.  I haven't found a 3rd party tool that does it either but I have heard some people who have gone through the exercise of parsing the data.

    it just occurred to me as I was writing this response , I wonder if this information could be pulled from optimizer (if you run it) ... I would think IO would have to know how many agents were online at any given time historically.   .. stay tuned ..

    Hey @Mohammad Ali,

    When we were recording the first episode of the Q&A Show, I discussed this question with our expert and he suggested the following (sorry it didn't make it into the episode itself):

    Interaction Administrator > Report Management > Report Configuration

    Select the category User Reports

    Then select the User Performance Summary report

     

    In the middle under the blue question mark there is a lock.  Once you click on the lock and have unlocked the report you can now customize it by adding flex fields.  Select Parameters on the left and the desired flex position that you want your date to display on the right side.

     

    The nine choices are:

    1 for Transferred

    2 for ACD LoggedIn

    3 for AgentDND

    4 for Occupancy

    5 for nHold

    6 for Local Disc

    7 for Abandon

    8 for InternToIntern

    9 for Supervisor Request

     

    So when you run the report it will display Occupancy, AgentDND, nHold and Local Disc in that order on the report.

    ​But what is the actual calculation used for Occupancy?  I'm concerned  that our agents can place manual outbound calls while they are in 'Available' Status and I can't wrap my head around how to calculate occupancy.

    Hello @Mohammad Ali,

    The calculation used for the custom field option "4​ for Occupancy" is:

    Default set to 4= Occupancy

    Agent Occupancy: ( tAgentOnAcdCall+ tAgentInAcw) / (tAgentOnAcdCall+ tAgentInAcw + tAgentAvailable)
