  • 1.  Get statistic current number of agents in particular status

    Hello everybody,

    I'd like you to ask if there is possibility to get statistic: number of agent in particular status?
    E.g. get current number of agents in status "At Lunch".

    We are finding way to get one e.g. with help of custom handler or through ICWS.

    Maybe accumulator could be one possibilty. 

    Did anyone already solve similar task?

    there is a statistic package for that.

    But I think its only at the WG level.  

    So if you want all agents you would need to make an all agents WG to use for it.
