    I am a new user of Speech Miner and would like to connect with anyone who has experience using this tool. I would love to learn best practices and get a better idea of how other businesses are using this tool for their call centers.

    Hi Cyndee,

    This forum is dedicated to the PureConnect (formerly CIC) product line. I believe Speech Miner is part of the Engage product line, so you will probably get more help over on the Genesys MultiCloud CX forums
