ICBM features in Interaction Connect

    Hi PureConnect Users,

    Interaction Connect now has most of the Agent features that Interaction Desktop has; some remaining work is already in progress.

    We are now looking (exploring) to add important ICBM features in Interaction Connect.

    Through this forum I want to reach out to you to understand what are your top 3 use cases of ICBM that you would want in Connect?

    Can you send a direct email to me with your top 3 ICBM use cases?

    Hi Bishay,
    I would also strongly recommend this feature :

    a time counter on the agents to know what the exact time he spent on the break and available status, so at the end of the shift he can know how much time he attend .
