I'm having this issue where I set the Campaing "Follow Up" status on the Recall Control Tab, it appears that isn't working, the call is placed to the client, then the call is sent to the agent, he answer and then the client hang up but the agent status doesn't change to the one configured for the campaign.
Already check the Status Access Control, and other configurations, and even I tried to reproduce the issue in our test enviroment but everithing here works fine.
The issue is with the calling modes, Power, Predictive, Pre-View
Some ideas?
