Hello team,
I know there are a few solutions in which call flows are engaged at the Architect level, but my company has a need for me to intercept callers to our DID's ( 2000 qty) and redirect them to specific users for special treatment. In my Pre-Genesys configuration, I worked with my Business Partner and created some entries that routes through to Session Manager and then into my PBX which them allowed me to direct callers to specific users. I need to replicate the same for DID level calls, maybe an App Foundry solution could work? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
