  • 1.  Screen Pop API

    I'm performing a fact-finding mission to see if there is an available API that would allow for screen pop/data pass to a CRM or other CS system from the PCC platform.  

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    In addition, I'm looking to determine if the API uses a SOAP/REST integration approach, if that's currently possible.

    Hi Barry,
    I don't think there is an API, but I may be wrong.

    We use custom built handlers to call an API endpoint on our internal systems that do the screen-pop on the CRM. Originally these handlers used SOAP but we have now built a REST one, which is much simpler.
    We call the handler when a call is assigned to an agent and send all the CRN specific information with the API call, and screen pop works.

    If your screen pop is web-based, you could always use an Action to open the page. You can configure this with custom URL parameters that use attributes.
