    Hi - I'm looking for assistance on how to modify the data display for a given attribute, so that it displays what we want to see when the attribute is assigned as part of a queue column.

    Example - the attribute Eic_CallDirection displays either "I" for Inbound or "O" for Outbound when used as-is in Interaction Connect.  For some users, that's not very intuitive,  My goal is to modify how the data is displayed when used as a part of a queue column.  The preferred is to translate "I" to equal "Inbound" and "O" to display as "Outbound", so when it's used in either IC or ICBM, the queue column data will display as desired.

    Any chance that this can be done as a custom attribute within the queue column logic?  I'm thinking "yes", but Any assistance would be greatly appreciated - Thanks!
