Hi every one,
In this case, we can't select the drop-down in ICB
Historical Reports ---> Dialer Category while selecting the campaign it's very difficult to select a particular campaign out of 50 campaign. Please let me know if anyone having an idea about it .
Is there any option to add from
Report management from interaction Administrator to get the Drop-Down.
