Hi guys,

Scenario:
I need to be able to insert a reference to the recording of an Interaction inside a CRM system.
For now all I would need is a link to the recording, and when clicked, it would either open it in ICBM or just a simple webpage. 

I know I can use ICWS to accomplish this, but since I don't have big programming background this task is a bit daunting.  Can anyone share with me an example of how I would go about creating something like this.  Or even if you have better ideas of making something like this work I would be most thankful.
