    Hello 

    Hope this post fins everyone fine, con someone please help me by answering the following questions?

    -coaching session assigned to the agent does not appear in the calendar
    -report not detailed (only give the average, no details about the different questions in the evaluation)
    -It appears the average of the evaluations and also the critical score. In the case, I did not select any critical questions, how to not display critical score? I would like only the average to appear (See image below)
