We are on CIC 2021 R2 and all users are using Interaction Desktop 2021 R1. Currently, we are using Secure Input to validate a customer's PIN number during the call. We are now planning on moving from Interaction Desktop to Interaction Connect as the main CIC client and this PIN validation functionality is necessary. It is understood that Secure Input is not an option when using Interaction Connect but is there any other way to achieve this using handlers or any other type of customization? Has anyone done anything similar to validate a callers PIN using Interaction Connect?
Also, is this in the roadmap for Secure Input to be made available with Interaction Connect or is it even possible?
