DISABLE POP UP FOR AGENT SIGNATURE

  • 1.  DISABLE POP UP FOR AGENT SIGNATURE

    Hi all,

    There is pop up always whenever i complete the scoring the interaction. " Finishing the scorecards make available for historical reporting  and Require scorecard signature "

    The business doesnt provide the option for agent signature so this pop up has to be disabled.

    Kindly provide me option or way to disable it.
