Creation of Back Up Schedules

    Hi There,

    Hoping someone can advise whether we would have an issue creating a process of saving backup schedules in Optimizer as a contingency in the event our published schedules have issues or errors that inadvertently made.  We would like to have a fail-safe schedule to go back to.

    My question would be based on capacity,  does anyone know if having 2 schedules (primary and backup) weekly cause capacity issues? Also is there a best practice in place in archiving older scheduling files that are over a year old other than outright deleting?
