  • 1.  Interaction Screen Recorder

    Hello,
    We have been successfully using the Interaction Screen Recorder software.  We recently upgraded our system to 2020R4 P7 and to improve the time needed to upgrade the screen recorder software we used a .bat file which worked great for some of our agents but for others the batch file hosed up the agents screen recordings transferring off of their computers and on to our server.  I was initially advised against using a batch file and warned we would see issues which can only be resolved by a complete uninstall followed by a reboot and reinstall of the screen recorder software using Genesys installers.
    We are facing another upgrade within the next 30 days.  I am looking for any input as to 3rd party software that can and has been used to install screen recorder and/or other user apps. 
    We only have 75 agents which will be time consuming if we can only install using the installers.  How are t organizations that have twice as many agents or more pushing our the user apps?

    Not a third party app but we push the install with SCCM as part of the SIP Softphone install.
