  • 1.  Interaction Ring issue with Salesforce (PCSF) Integration

    Hello,
    Is anyone using the PureConnect Salesforce Integration?

    We have few Teams Using Salesforce Pureconnect integration but having issue with Interaction Ringing at user station.
    Call Volume for teams are not very high to they do work in other application as time permits from the calls.
    Sometimes it doesn't Ring Interaction at all but Interaction is sent to User. Since User can not Hear the Ring They are missing on call.
    Anyone Encountered kinds of similar issue? I spoke with our Systems Team but they could help much as Interaction connect Works in Chrome but not in salesforce.

    Are you running Interaction Connect along side the integration or using the Interaction Desktop?

    we are using Interaction Connect  but  Salesforce user's only Log in to  Salesforce Genesys Application.
