    Hello everyone,
    A new webhook property was added to the POST /icws/web-chat/start method to specify a webhook endpoint for event notifications.

    Previously we have implemented webchat integration with a 3rd party using polling api. I want to know how is the implementation mechanism going to be when we use this api introducing webhook concept in Genesys. Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
