Provisioning Server Root Directory in PureConnect (Audiocodes 420HD)

    We are currently testing Audiocodes 420HD with our PureConnect 2018R4 P5 server. We see that the phone has established connectivity with CIC; however, we are getting an HTTP 404 not found and Request has an unhandled path as a response on the logs. 

    We are suspecting that the phone is having difficulty getting the Audiocodes firmware from the provisioning server. We want to know where is the root directory of the provisioning server.
