  • 1.  Interaction Recorder Database Data

    I ran a query of the interaction recorder database and I'm seeing media type 1 and 5 for my query.  Where can I find details of what this means; calls, chats, screens.  I reviewed the Interaction Recorder and Interaction Quality Manager TRs but couldn't find anything.  Is there another document that has this information?

    The CIC DB tables are described in the PureConnect Data Dictionary:

    For many table columns it includes a description of the meaning of the values. Maybe you find the information you need there.

    There is also the QM Data Dictionary reference.  It is very similar to the Reporting Data Dictionary, but has a bit more detail about the Quality Management related tables in the DB:
