  • 1.  IO_HeadcountForecastStats documentation

    Hi all,

    Does anyone have any experience with this table? IO_HeadcountForecastStats

    I'm looking for some documentation to help me understand what the fields and values represent.
    For example, there's a field called InteractionType and I see values of 1, 25, 27 etc.

    Can't find any information anywhere on the web..

    Thanks @Cole Callahan.

    I've been looking through the Data Dictionary https://help.genesys.com/cic/versions/2019r2/datadictionary/content/Landing.html​ but unfortunately it does not list any of the IO_ tables.

    I've also taken a look at the Interaction Report Help where this table is mentioned, such as here: https://help.genesys.com/cic/mergedProjects/wh_rh/desktop/headcount_summary_scheduled_vs_forecasted_report.htm

    Would I be correct in assuming that there is no data dictionary for the IO_ tables as yet? If anyone finds one let me know! In the interim I will continue playing with the tables to try to understand the data.

    Jayden there is very limited documentation (perhaps depending on your version) in the data dictionary in Appendix C Optimizer Column Definitions. I spoken to Genesys support and this is the only documentation available.
