    Hi Team

    The agents selected "gone home" status but without logged off the Interaction Desktop, and this affected to the report.

    So can we make role or process when the agents select "gone home" status automatically the system change the logged for him to off?

    Fairly easy to do in a handler.

    Either status monitor object or some timer that sweeps for that status every so often.  I prefer a sweep so if they accidently select it it doesn't log them off. Also make sure the status is not persistent.

    hi ryan, i agree on your proposal to do a sweep (log out users that are on gone home status)..

    but i wanted to add that normal behavior is that status will refer to the last-persistent-status., if you logoff.
    so my advice will be, to set the gone-home to persistent status ;-)
